Re bore to +0.125 (3. 175mm)
Block pressure tested 
Block face skimmed  
New pistons and rings
New Connecting rods with shell bearings 
Crank ground and machined to take shells
Main bearings converted to shells. 
New valves, springs and guides 
New high compression cylinder head
Rebuilt oil pump
Aluminium timing gear to take the extra power.
Lightened flywheel
Painted original Ford green
